Yin and yang are acknowledged as two universal forces for accomplishing great health and longevity in life. The Chinese believe that the body needs both yin and yang for living a euphonious life. They’re widely to be considered correlated but have numerous amounts of disparities.

One of the premier differences between yin and yang is that the former is contemplated to be an interior energy while the other is considered to be the physical body. Whenever yin devotes a negative momentum, yang is believed to be a positive.

Yang is predominantly popular for contriving external motion while Yin is believed to donate more of an inward activity. However both play an intensely important role on how the body acts, and reacts. Also while yin is believed to be the compressed force, yang is understood to devote expansion. The Chinese think that when yin declines, it would be mirrored on the physical or body. The differences are so severely opposite most Chinese wonder how the two forces could be so vastly parallel to each other. The distinct difference in the dynamic forces visual symbolism can be drastically more dissimilar than any other disparity previously mentioned.

Yang is the white side with the black dot on it, and yin is the black side with the white dot in its center. The intriguing relationship between yin and yang can often be distinguished in terms of sunlight playing over a mountain or valley. Also, there are always polar opposite ends of the cycle, sort of like seasons of the year, or opposite energy. This opposition is relative, and can only be spoken of in relationships. Thus creating an interrelationship like nothing ever known to man.

For centuries Chinese doctors have played the yin and yang theory against each other even in medicine, practicing the drastic differences on their patients. Every organ in the human body has some sort of a yin and yang element already established inside of it. Organs such as the liver are primarily yang; others such as the kidney are predominantly yin. Even though a single organ can be mainly yin or yang, the stability is sustained automatically throughout the human body. However, it is crucial to note that the body isn’t always in exact balance with yin and yang.

Also yin is receptive, accommodating, oddly negative, but at the same time be a great nurturing force. In conjunction with, yin can be commonly affiliated with the feminine, birth and generation.

Yang conventionally has a more active, dominating, positive and initiating aura. Yang is also associated with day, mountains, hills, fire, wood, and air. Yang by contrast to yin is identified as hard, fast, solid, dry, focused, hot and extremely more aggressive.
